Product Introduction
Our company provided 27 high-performance heat exchangers for the Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Pilot Plant. These equipment fully considered the special needs of the pilot plant during the design and manufacturing process, ensuring its efficient operation and stability under complex working conditions.
In terms of heat exchange tube materials, we selected two high-quality materials, S30408 (304 stainless steel) and S31603 (316L stainless steel), to meet the corrosion resistance and strength requirements under different working conditions.
S30408 material (i.e. 304 stainless steel) is a chromium-nickel stainless steel widely used in the industrial field, with good corrosion resistance, formability and low-temperature performance. It can remain stable in a variety of chemical environments, especially suitable for scenes with certain requirements for corrosion resistance but strict cost control.
S31603 material (i.e. 316L stainless steel) is a low-carbon, high-nickel, high-molybdenum austenitic stainless steel with better corrosion resistance, especially in high temperature, high pressure and highly corrosive environments, which can effectively extend the service life of the heat exchanger.
In the Maoming Petrochemical pilot plant, these two materials of heat exchange tubes are used in a reasonable combination, which not only meets the dual requirements of the device for heat exchange efficiency and corrosion resistance, but also takes into account economy and reliability. Through precise material selection and strict quality control, the heat exchangers provided by our company have demonstrated excellent performance in actual operation, providing a solid equipment guarantee for the smooth operation of Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical pilot plant.
