Product Introduction

Our company recently undertook the catalytic cracking unit manufacturing project of Sino-Korea (Wuhan) Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which is a catalytic cracking unit with an annual processing capacity of 2.8 million tons. The unit is an extremely important production facility in the field of petrochemicals. It is mainly used to convert heavy petroleum fractions into light fuels (such as gasoline, diesel, etc.) and chemical raw materials. It has extremely high technical content and economic value.

In this project, our company is responsible for manufacturing a total of 4 units, each of which has a specification of DN6000×12000, that is, a diameter of 6000 mm and a length of 12000 mm. These equipment are all made of S30409 material. S30409 is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent high temperature resistance, creep resistance and corrosion resistance. It is particularly suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments in the field of petrochemicals. Its chemical composition includes a high proportion of chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni), which can maintain structural stability and durability under extreme conditions. It is an ideal material for manufacturing catalytic cracking units.

The unit weight of each equipment is about 100 tons. Such a large equipment places extremely high demands on manufacturing process and quality control.
