Product Introduction

Our company has successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of a number of key equipment in ExxonMobil Huizhou 1.6 million tons/year ethylene project. This project is one of the major national foreign-funded projects with a total investment of more than US$10 billion. It is located in Huizhou Daya Bay Petrochemical Park and aims to build a large-scale chemical complex including a flexible feed steam cracking unit with an annual output of 1.6 million tons of ethylene, as well as multiple sets of high-performance polyethylene and polypropylene units.

In this project, the equipment manufactured by our company has the following characteristics:

1. Single equipment specifications: One of the typical equipment specifications is DN4500×15000×45, that is, 4500 mm in diameter, 15000 mm in length, 45 mm in wall thickness, made of 16MnDR, and weighs about 140 tons per unit. This large-size, thick-walled equipment places extremely high demands on manufacturing processes and quality control.

2. Equipment quantity and material diversity: Our company delivered a total of 16 equipment, covering a variety of materials, including Q345R, 16MnDR, 09MnNiDR, S30408 ​​and S32205. These materials are suitable for different working conditions and environments, for example:

• Q345R: A high-quality carbon steel widely used in chemical equipment, with good comprehensive mechanical properties and welding properties.

• 16MnDR: Low-temperature steel material, suitable for equipment manufacturing in low-temperature environments, with excellent low-temperature toughness.

• 09MnNiDR: A high-strength low-temperature steel, commonly used in chemical equipment under extreme low-temperature conditions.

• S30408 ​​and S32205: Austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel, respectively, with good corrosion resistance and high strength, suitable for complex working conditions in chemical production.
