Product Introduction

Our company is fortunate to participate in the Phase II project of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical, and manufacture key large-scale container equipment for it. As one of the large-scale refining and chemical projects promoted by Sinopec, this project aims to further enhance the refining capacity and technical level of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical, and promote the high-quality development of my country's petrochemical industry. This time, our company is responsible for manufacturing a total of 8 large-scale containers, all of which are made of high-quality Q345R normalized material. This material is widely used in the field of pressure vessel manufacturing with its high strength, good toughness and excellent welding performance, and can fully meet the project's strict requirements for equipment quality and safety.

The specifications of each container are DN5500×18000×30, that is, 5500 mm in diameter, 18000 mm in height, 30 mm in wall thickness, and a single unit weighs about 120 tons. In the design and manufacturing process of these large containers, we strictly follow the relevant national standards and project specifications. After fine process flow and strict quality inspection, we ensure that each equipment can operate stably in a complex industrial environment, providing solid equipment guarantee for the smooth commissioning and efficient operation of the Phase II project of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical.
