Product Introduction

Our company recently undertook the key equipment manufacturing task of Inner Mongolia Junzheng BDO (1,4-butanediol) project, and carefully produced 19 large towers for the project. These towers play a vital role in the production process of the project, and their quality and performance are directly related to the production efficiency and stability of the entire BDO project.

Among these large towers, the most eye-catching is one of the largest specifications. Its specific dimensions are 3000 mm in diameter (DN3000), 30000 mm (30 meters) in height, and 70 mm in wall thickness. Such a huge volume and size make it a well-deserved "giant" equipment in the project. In order to ensure that the equipment can operate stably in a high-intensity industrial production environment, we selected Q345R material for it and normalized it. This combination of material and process gives the equipment excellent mechanical properties and durability, and can effectively withstand the test of various complex working conditions.

During the manufacturing process, we fully utilized our professional advantages and rich experience in the field of large-scale equipment manufacturing, strictly controlled every production link, from the procurement and inspection of raw materials, to the processing and assembly of parts, and then to the final testing and debugging. Each step was strictly implemented in accordance with international standards and industry specifications to ensure the high-quality delivery of equipment. In the end, the weight of this largest equipment reached 120 tons. Its successful delivery not only reflects our company's strong strength in the field of large-scale equipment manufacturing, but also provides a solid guarantee for the smooth progress of the Inner Mongolia Junzheng BDO project.
